No, we do not. We usually charge a fee per working days or a global service fee. In addition, we might add a bonus fee for when we reach the goals we have set up together.
Depending on the service, we bill our services in a manner that provides you peace of mind. Our payment terms are made to promote mutual respect and commitment from the client (you) and from the provider (us).
We definitely are a result-oriented company. We promise to our clients that we have made all the necessary efforts and beyond. Moreover, we would be happy to set goals to reach. However, promising results is not always possible due to the fact that we do not control all aspects: we are your sales representative, but it is your product / service.
At the beginning of each mission, we are requiring our clients to provide training on the products/services to our employees. Depending on the nature of the mission, it could be done online or during a visit to your location.
It really depends on your location. It must be discussed with the advisors of the public entities from your region. Some governments or regions are giving incentives to promote export and our services might be reimbursed or taken care of (in full or partially) by your local economic development organization.
In addition to your project manager, we are appointing one of our management staff to supervise the mission and make sure we are on the right track. You will always have a senior member to talk to and to express your concerns.
